Don't think it would impact cylic rate as it removes very little weight (a factor of weight and spring force) My guess is internal oiling- just a guess. :mrgreen:

You should measure the OD and ID of the mating parts and some folks on the Board here could provide some reference measurements. :cross:

Looks like German Police "Gendarmerie" an NCO 4 years of service {Badges & Insignia of the Third Reich- Brian Leigh Davis} color photos could further define. :cross: He has a Iron Cross Second Class (ribbon) and a Combat Infantry Badge
