for the glass shots-either use a tripod with no flash,or lean camera against some solid object-even the glass.Disable the flash and get a longer exposure.Watch for reflections and move camera to avoid them. the closer you are to the glass,the better. ---bil

Very good book, though there is some controversy as to it's accuracy and details.That aside,what happens and how are very accurate,I would highly recommend it,a keeper,I have read it many times.
