The big problem with wire feed is that it seems so simple and easy that you are lulled into believing you have good quality welds when they are simply hot glue joints. The aluminum piece is an unloader correct????
and it fits over the mag feed tower with the projection used to push rounds out of the mag....is that how it works????

I think that the BH is for Bundes Heeres. There were many MG42's reworked for the german army during the 50's. There were the MG42/58's, MG42/59's and others that may have had no particular designation. It could also be an Austrian army stamp since they used the reworked guns as well. You are likely...

The MG13 has a fairly complex receiver....

this looks like a good place to jump in....
I've got a couple of the watercooled kits and I see a lot of proofs that look very much like they came from an east bloc country. I did however see that the muzzle gland nuts on both kits are marked " Mitr Rhm Cal/7.9mm" which makes it possible to see where the french govt angle might have come from...
