Not sure on the can markings...BUT...TOSS THE AMMO !!!!!!! . Anything from "down south" will cause you nothing but headaches In my experence .

Try Lots of measurements. I ran into the same problem...My measurement is 15 9/16" from the REAR of the receiver to the FRONT of the caming/trunion section. Hope this helps.

Found the top half of the mount at Kamabeekeep in Pa.
