Stick Grips

Post by rgus48 »

I have a class 2 manufacturer activating and repairing an original MG42 using the original receiver . He has sent me a list of the semi auto items he need to complete the build, one of them is a semi auto stick grip complete. I have a Wiselite M53 and refuse to use the same clunky system they have. I want something that will look correct when attached to the weapon. Brian is out and has been for a while so I am at a standstill. Can anyone point me to the correct piece I need or does someone have one stashed away for a rainy day they would sell?

Well, another option is the one Stan at www.ProjectGuns.com engineered whereby you utilize the original gripstick and FAL FCg parts, and yes you still make the Revenuers happy by opening the ejection slot on the receiver but the gripstick is attached by little discreet ears welded onto the receiver, check it out: at projectGuns's website click on "MG42" and scroll through the build tutorial.
