Fully translated to English, now you can taste the field kitchen food made according to the original recipes. 114 pages, including a full-color fold out page at the back of the book "Seasoning Herb Table", so the Field Cook could recognize herbs in their natural condition. This is the official army manual on how to prepare the food, and what makes a good meal for the Soldiers. Lot's of cabbage, but a lot of other interesting recipes too.
