Looks like a really good deal to me...The only problem could be the receiver...Only one tourch cut, and an easy repair....Could be a "sting"? [diz]

Looks to me like the back has been rewelded. Its still not a receiver so I would not worry. If they ATF is out to get you, I am sure they would use something easier to explain in court.

Just to give you an idea on price. I sold a nice kit couple months ago for 1,200. It didn't have a rec. Only 1 barrel. 1 ch. handle. 1 bolt. So this is a really good deal at this current price.

I would have to agree, it's still not a receiver. If your worried, if you win the auction just ask the seller to cut the rear of the receiver. But I don't really think that would be needed anyways.

Besides, any sort of sting wouldn't be as detailed-those guys usually don't know what the pieces or markings are! :? ---bil

Might want to ask about the receiver. If its been rewelded.... did he screw it up and thats why he is selling?

Also remember if can start at one penny. Its not a good deal until you get it for a good price and the auction is over...
