Possibly a de-milled trammel cover that has been partially rebuilt, and a DT-15 magazine.
Lots of possibilities here. A Russian capture trammel cover is probably worth $1500.
A decent machinist could build the door flaps, rods and springs, and copy the latch, and have himself a nice set. It's presentable as it is too....Phil
