We just looked at a forum called War Relic Forum and under WW-2 collectors archeology there were pictures of THOUSANDS of MG-34,s, 50 cal machine guns. Thompsons,Rifles and mini gatling guns just stacked out in the open. You won,t believe what is in those piles until you see this. For those who still think that this stuff is rare, it will open your eyes. COBRA

Sorry guys, I looked at the forum page again and found out to Look at the, World Firearms Forum. under firearms dump and the pictures are there. Someone said that the pictures have been around for some time. No one knows where the photo,s were taken but I believe it might be in South America. COBRA

If I remember correctly this is in Vietnam sometime after the war

If the location is indeed Vietnam, then there are trade restrictions preventing any of that material from ever reaching the USA.

SO I was looking at this ANCIENT post and I HAD to chime in. Those pictures (as stated previously) are from Vietnam just after the war ended. Anybody who thinks that piles of weapons from 30 years ago, left out in the open jungle climate, in a country where they melt scrap metal for a living.....well you get my point.....they are LONG gone. Im not sure what Cobra was eluding to but there would be no way of importing those weapons into the country even if they were still around.

Anybody ever seen the picture of the T72 rolling over dozens of weapons during some post communist weapons turn in? I think it was Poland, but I cant be sure. That breaks my heart...

The images of a tank rolling over Yugo SKS rifles (that are laying with their barrels on a log) was taken in Bosnia. A friend of mine got to witness some of those activities.
