The Lafette bolt box, mystery solved!

Post by bergflak »

I have now analyzed and concluded on the variations of the bolt box, both during WW2 and postwar production. This will be the first of a series of articles about the different details of the Lafette.
Hope you will enjoy reading it!
Thanks to Tim C for valuable assistance.

Great article Bergflak..........a lot of detailed information with clear photos as always.

This should also be posted up in the MG42 Section for the MG42 Bolt-Box information.
