Lafette 34 parts anyone?

Postby Sturmgewehr83 » Wed Mar 10, 2010 3:56 pm

I´m looking for the barrel jacket clamp and the trigger system for the lafette 34. Parts not even attached to the cradle itself, even rusty ground dug stuff is of interest as long as it`s not to rusted. Does anyone have parts like these they want to sell or know anywhere I could find anything like that? I have talked to mg34.com but they charge $1200 just for the cradle :?

Considering what the entire MG34 lafette sells for now, $1,200 for just the cradle isn't a bad deal, but that's not what you're looking for.....

Watch ebay.de Ground dug stuff that's not too bad is frequently sold there.

They're not publicly offering any mount parts yet. The 34 is available in two grades, regular and premium (3/19/10). I could not live without one.

Wanted to share initial photos of the AA lafette 34. :wnana: Still a million packing peanut crumbs everywhere (not my choice for quality shipping). but alas the unit arrived without damage. :cross: A repainted forest green. The lower pad was torn, no bolt box, the oil cap keeper is snapped off and the arm that activates searching fire is missing. [ not a complaint just relating condition] Still priced below any others I've seen which have all been north or $2,000. I'll have to take some pics of my AA postwar 42 that I refinished.
