The hand wheel even when pulled out to its second stop can be stiff.
Indents click ok.Also both limiters are smooth.
The unit is K-11 In Johns D124/2 book fig.9.
Shows a coil spring K-8 inside the wheel. Will that cause a ??
Could the spring be full of good russky dirt?
Restore old British motorcars so it should not be a problem.
