I have for sale or trade one MGZ
-Optic Light-Set as shown in the photos below.
This is a partial MGZ
-Otical Light-Set as it does not have all of the other light-coards nor a carry-case.
We'll start off answering the first question: Is it WWII German manufacture (?).
As the Battery-Box has been repainted (I'm not scraping paint off) it appears as all of the other WWII German Battery-Boxes that I have seen. The "switch-Box" is correct and maker-marked "cxn"..........the light-cord is "un-marked" (as many late-war German items were.
1: The Battery-Box is as shown......repainted and I do not see any makers-codes/stamps (but they may be under the paint.
2: The "switch-box" is maker-marked "cxn" which is a correct WWII German manufacturer of these items as they also made Optics.
3: The "light-cord" is not marked anywhere that I can find.....and as I stated earlier, a lot of smaller WWII German late-war items were not marked. It does have a variable-light-shield/lever to vary the amount of light allowed into the MGZ
-Optics. This was a desireable items out on the front-lines.
Price for the set is $550 shipped (lower-48 only).
I am looking for any French 1915 Chauchat Magazines, Chauchat Parts, and Chauchat Accessories.
Payment.....I am only set up for Money-Orders and Checks.....all non-Postal-Money-Orders and Checks require ten (10) working-days to clear Bank prior to shipping.
