did the germans use double mounts other than the one that was on the cart for aa use
my other account don't work this is fourfifths1911

Post war they made a twin mount for the MG3. I haven't seen anything other than the AA mount (zwillingssockel) that was a twin mount during the war. They did use it for trains, in wagons, and as a stationary mount.
