Thanks for the tips.

The problem was where the hammer strikes the pin. On my bolt there are two concentric circle around the pin at the rear. The inner circle was not seated properly in the outer ring. Causing the pin to jam. The bolt came that way so I was not aware that this could be a problem. I hammered the inner ring into the outer ring (but not all the way) and the gun worked fine for two 50 rnd belts. On the third belt the ring was loose again and again had light strikes. So I hammered it flush this time and worked fine. If this doesn't hold in place this time I may put a small spot weld to keep it flush.

All of this talk got me worried about the continued maintenance of the 2007 piece that I bought. I sent an email asking about replacement wear parts and their service program. Waited about a week and heard nothing. I called them, talked to Frank, he said the only parts that really wear much are the firing pin and a part in the grip. He said he cannot send out firing pins because each one is hand fitted and a little different. He told me to send the one that I have in and he will duplicate a couple extras for me. He tried to explain how to chech the part that is in the grip to determin whether it needs replaced. I really didn't follow completely so he asked if I would just send in the grip to be checked. He said the standard $30.00 fee would be charged if they had to rebuild the grip assembly. No charge if they didn't. He was very helpful so I feel a little bit better.

Hmm...you contacted WLA and they offered to duplicated fireing pins and some grip work?

Or did you contact BRP?

Either way...did you get duplicated pins and the grips checked out?

Nope, sold the weapon before it became an issue. I called and talked with Frank at WLA.
