WTK: What is this mag chest pouch?

I found this mag chest pouch with 3 PPSH41 stick mags in it. I'm just not sure about the chest pouch and if these mags are a match to it.

Can anyone help me identify this chest pouch please?

And yes, I believe those are blood stain finger prints on one of the mags...Who know's, but sounds good???
