Re: MG42/53 replacement part confusion - Newbie requesting assistance please!

If it worked before, I think I would just clean up your original ones-wire brush like a battery cleaner or like plumbers use, find someone with a soda blaster maybe....just a suggestion... ---bil

Dubrovnik Museum

A small group of Croatians held off the Serbs, if the fort was taken there would be direct observation for the shelling of the city. As long as it held it was only indirect fire. The mountain drops straight down to the se...

Military museum, Belgrade

I have a bunch of pics of some real neat German weapons in the Military Museum in Belgrade-I stopped in one day on my way to Bosnia. Very neat place, there were a lot of the less-seen German subguns, as this was where they used a lot of the older stuff, not being one of the big fronts, but very viol...

Re: German WWII Ammo

If you shoot it up at least save the boxes! Someone might but them for display where they may not want to use live rounds! I have several boxes like this, good luck! :D

Re: Best rear receiver to use

This is actually a real good price for this-I remember when a Yugo kit consisted of about half of the receiver, and the pieces you got were junk!

Re: Please help me find a legit builder

And remember-unless your original pieces are totally screwed, a good builder can usually fix it. Remember that they are just stamped steel..look at what can be done at auto body shops, metal is metal. The trick to both is getting the right builder... ---bil
