Re: Interesting Very interesting MG42 in airsoft
Interesting information, TomH, I am not an expert at all I thought the weld looked pretty good, he can certainly weld better than he can spell. I buy a lot of these soft-air guns as back-ground props, drop-props, basically any scenario where we don't want to use a real firearm. I have seen that ther...

Re: WWII War trophy that I saved from getting the torch.
Just a great job - what a magnificent trophy after 16 months of work - worth it I think.
The newspaper article is sensational.
I presuming as you say he filled in a form 6 in 1946 that he didn't stay missing, as noted in the article.
Great story, thank you!
Pit.

Re: What's up with Gunbroker?
Do you think M53 kits are knee-jerk purchases? "...Preying on unsuspecting hobbyists..." If you are in the business of building either 922r semi automatics or fully automatic dealer samples from M53 machine-gun kits, you need to be both "suspecting" and informed - if you had the wherewithal to sign ...

WTS MG13 + MP40 kits
I post this after checking in with '42rocker - ref. links to auctions. Here are the GB links to two of my auctions. Any questions feel free to ask - They are pretty interesting. The opening bids represent the figure I need to make the next purchase, so may seem a little arbitrary. It goes without sa...

My kit is so close to being ready to go, after the cut receiver from you got the project on the road, many small parts have been found.
I am looking forward to sending it off.
Another IMA-USA dummy coming back to life.
Pit.

Come on, I know someone wants these - make me an offer - $250? The money will go towards the saw cut receiver I will find soon - I have $1000 in cash ready for that, and I know some of you guys have them gathering dust in your possibles bags, lol. These are brand new aluminum dummies, I attempted to...

WTS MP44 dummy receiver parts.
Hi I have two MP44 display receivers for sale. They are 100% aluminum and non firing. They look and appear to be unassembled parts. I tried gently to fit the parts in them to take a photo - but the rear was super snug, and so was the barrel and gas tube holes. I imagine they can be opened up with a ...

New stuff in collection. Michaelangelo25 Hi Micahelangelo, Is your "ground mount" aluminum support (running beneath barrel shroud) from IMA-USA or original - ? I am looking for this part, I have read negative comments about the fit and finish of the IMA replicas. I found an original in the EU, but ...

Yes. Reversed - when these go to gallery they will be scanned and reversed then printed on a second larger piece of metal. *The images are also being cropped by this site - the photo bucket originals represent the full scanned image. http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p140/figaro1971/Gun14a_zpsf538b...
