Looks like a Maget bolt head, Steyr/Daimler/Puch Warsaw bolt body, and other German odds/ends. The feed stud is tapered, which I've never seen before. and the ejector spoon was made by Mercedes Business Machines.

I bought a shoebox of "mg42 junk" at the gunshow. I was very surprised to find a complete bolt wrapped up in the bottom when I got home.
