I agree-judging from several threads lately on another service provider here,that would be a good idea.Don't take on more than you can handle,and take care of the promises you make.Keep in contact with the customers if a delay is expected.Answer your e-mails.This is good practice anywhere,and should be here also.Doing otherwise can only hurt your business name.In this economy,sometimes that can make the diferance between staying in business and not. ---bil

I've had 2 mg34 receivers at project guns for about 8 months now and they keep saying next week. Supposely they just done with my bren receiver and its on the way, and that was a ordeal too, they lost the very back section of it and luckly I found another for about 30.00 $ We'll see if the wait and the 600.00 cost for the bren weld was worth it , I hope they do a good job on it and the MG34 receivers.
