mg34 lafette front barrel shackles on gunbroker

go to gun broker and do a search for mg42. will find 2 cut off barrel jacket shackeles for the mg34 lafette..
Not mine, I bid on the last one of these that she was selling, did not win.

Last time I posted about this, someone said that the trigger group on the lafette is also needed to redo a mg42 to or back to a mg34 tripod. True but was just looking at my 34 next to my 42 tripod. If your mg34 is FA then you will need a trigger group that can fire either single or FA. However if you are like a lot of us then FA is something that we can't get into right now. So the mg42 tripod trigger just might do the job. Semi auto only and it again would not be pure,,,but.
