Markings on Rear Sight

Anyone know what this SS marking means on the rear sight assembly? The ejector plate that came with this kit also has this marking; it has an N and then SS. Is it a yugo manufactured part?

trolling the archives today....
I *think* the "SS" means the sight is calibrated for the SS Patrone Armor Piercing rounds?

i doubt it has anything to do with the cartridges, the marking is found on ejector plates and some other small parts. it is probably a manufacturers mark. - matt
