Use the search function on the forum and dig back through all the threads. TNW is the 800 pound gorilla in the room, they need tweaking and babying at times, but they do work.... There are trigger upgrades available as well. Chris...

well main problem is the heat treat of the sears. Sears wear out. If you keep a supply of those, you should be good.
The other issues, are that the tolerances on the MG34 are fairly close. People fail to properly lube them. You should use the proper lube that TNW recommends and lube it correctly. People don't lube the barrel bearing surface, and it will stop or short cycle.
As chris stated, they are the Harley of semi auto's. They always need some attention.
PM me, and I will tell you the Dealer price. I'm also selling a TNW that runs well.

well not running correctly can mean so many things.
But just vaguely, I would look for galling in the barrel bearing area. That's at the front of the barrel shroud. Also in the area of the barrel cams. And then the bolt guides for starters.
