MG34 anti-aircraft on lafette.
A few pics of one of my eyestones. BSW 1940 set up with PT-34 cover for anti-aircraft task. The only bad thing is the drum is an DT-15. Enjoy!!

Another item to be noticed in the lafette picture is the bolt box. It has a mg34 bolt in it and the box spring has 2 bent tabs on it.

They are all de-activated Im afraid. But curently at work on getting to own a live on, thoug in semi.
When it comes to the spare-bolt box, its for the mg34 bolt, like 42rocker states.
But there is one more interesting thing about the one I have, it has a cut-out in the endplate in the lower section.
This is made so that both early or late type firing pin retainers fit in the box.

New mg3's do not have the post like the old lafette's do. So no place to put the anti air craft extension.
