If you are interested in reproduction straps, I bought two of these from Acme Imports and have been very pleased with them. No, they are not perfect, but I don't want to spend a chunk of money on originals or expensive repros only to ruin them in the field during reenactments. So the Acme straps have been perfect my use.

Oh yes, I think I paid something less than $30 apiece for them. Quite reasonable. And they will mark them with maker's codes and waffens, too, if you request them.

bought a sling for my mg53 which seemed to have all the right fittings, and a two pack of ammo cans from this german site.He said the sling was temp out of stock but it still arrived within 4 days. Was the proper split sling with two padded grips as per the original.http://www.zib-militaria.de/epages/6143 ... 160%5B1%5D
