I was recently offered these items. They are very expensive however. I think the seller also has MG42 and MG08/ 08/15 ones available as well. What is a fair price for these items?

You can figure $100, maybe $120 tops, for the headspace guage. Tough to find, yes, impossible to find, no. There was a full set of 12(?) headspace guages that went for around $1,300 recently, but that was with the original wood box, and as a full set it's a lot harder to find or put together. Singles sell between $100 and $120 if they have the little wooden holder for them.
The extractor tools are kind of like the recoil spring tube I have for sale. Neat to own, but without much practical purpose. They're for tolerancing extractor manufacture, and outside that, don't really have any use. I gave $100 for my MG42 extractor tool. The MG34 tools are more common. In Europe there have recently been MP43, MP44, MG34 and MG42 extractor tools offered. $100 is about average for the tools. One for the MKb went for $130, but that's because of the gun it was for. Anything for an MKb is higher.

Comeon JBaum...the spring tube has loads of uses...storing pasta, bulk Pez dispenser...all jokes aside, the spring tube makes the spring alot more manageable in the E-Tin.

Agreed, the tube does serve its purpose well. I don't generally take a tool kit with me when I shoot in my side yard, so having one is just for looks. It's neat to own, but I admit that it's not worth what I had to pay to get it. I just hope 2 more people have enough want to own them so I can get rid of the two I still have left. Ebay takes my ad off, but leaves top covers, bolts, and other actual gun parts sell. it's nuts.

If you do get the gauge, would you post mic measurements on the gauage? I have a nagging feeling, they are different from SAAMI.
