Rip off in San Antonio

Avoid an individual who goes by either Rudy or Eric Velasco of San Antonio, TX. He sold post war MG34 parts as wartime production, said he didn't know they were post war and would send a refund. Item was returned but no refund was forth coming. I am in the process of filing mail fraud charges against this individual.
