Odd Barrel Profile

Good evening,
Has anybody seen the end profile of an MG42 barrel like the one circled below? As you can see, it’s very different than the normal profile that I’m used to seeing. I’ve also included pictures of the markings. I’m assuming that Rheinmetall produced the barrel based on the similarities to the early markings on MG 34 shrouds. Any help would be appreciated. It’s in 7.62. Would like to ID it first before parting with it. Thanks,
