As soon as there is any significant news about the Yugo M53 receiver program, such as pricing and availability, there will be an update posted here.
For now, the best course of action would be for folks to remain patient and refrain from deluging the WLA front office folks (Kurrie) with calls concerning this receiver. Be confident that Tony is working quite dilligently to get product out the door while overseeing other projects and programs.

Here is a picture showing the work Wise Lite Arms can perform on on your bolt (for semi conversion), the new made semi-auto grip and internal fire control group, the WLA made barrel bearing and finally the receiver halves and ratchet plate. The barrel jackets shown have the barrel bearing fitted and are ready for the fitting of the receiver rear. These are the "works" guns being built up for test and developement.
This is a good thing. Now many guys will be able to build their SA-42 without having to search high and low for a receiver. Kudos to WLA for their willingness to supply the SA-42 builders with the parts needed to finish an MG-42. At least someone saw a need and moved to fill that need.

TC
all you do for a safety is weld a bar to the rear of the ar trigger then position it to work with the existing safty button on the grip stick, think this is covered in one of the tutorials

That I don't know. However, it sounds like a good suggestion. I will enquire and let you know. Most likely if they can be offered by WLA the "camming section" will be supplied in "halves", just like the receivers.
its my understanding that the rece from wla will be appx 3 in longer-i'm hoping that means the rece will incorporate the "camming section" i'll try to find out more and post later

Yes, the Wise Lite Arms receiver is designed to mate up directly to the barrel jacket section of receiver as is included with Yugo M53 parts sets. No separate "camming section" will be needed. That part is only a factor for folks who bought a cut up MG42 receiver.

There has been no activity at Wise Lite Arms concerning the manufacture of an MG34 receiver. That would be a very expensive undertaking.
Before everyone gets all excited about these Wiselite receivers, keep in mind that their current track record with delivery isn't exactly stellar. Other than some DP-28s, all of their other announced projects are still unavailable. So you better be patient if you want a receiver from them. Maybe we can get Ohio Rapid Fire to help them out

I had the opportunity to present the idea to stamp out just a "Camming section" of the Wise Lite Arms receiver. Tony stated that he will have to present the concept to the "Stamping Engineers". They will be able to state with authority if it is OK to just use part of the stamping dies along with a shorter section of material.
Once he has an answer to this question, and all concerned have worked out pricing for the "Camming section" and the complete back half of the receiver, I should be updated and then I will post that information.
