a lot of interesting information available in this on going case .
I'm disturbed by....
1) the court trying to force the defense to give the prosecution detailed info on how it intends to defend the VICTIM of the prosecution
2) the prosecution trying to prevent the jury from hearing any defense that disputes the legality of the law
3) hearing that we have actually technically been in a state of martial law since Lincoln declared it @ the civil war and our constitutional rights are "LEGALLY" being stripped from us because of it.

I couldnt find any mention of what type or how many actual MGs this guy supposedly was in possession of. But I did read where they are going to try to prevent him from making any arguments on the Constitutionality of it all.
Sickening if you ask me.

Would you expect anything different from the powers that be? Destruction or abrogation of the Constitution is at the top of the short list.
