Aluminum Ammo can question
Just curious for you guys who have seen a lot of these. I just bought my first two, one from France and one from Germany, both from epay. Anyways, the one I got from France is really nice-at least paint wise, it does have a couple of tiny holes in it, and there is a small seam seperation at one corner. The one I got from Germany is similar, a few small holes and a small split on a side corner. Both sellers didn't do anything to provide the info on condition, and both took pictures that hid the problems well. Is this typical for the Aluminum cans to be in this kind of condition, I know that Aluminum is obviously weaker, and so wouldn't hold up over time as well... So, are they usually "with defects" when found? Chris...

No they aren't all like that, and I hope you contacted the sellers to complain and threaten negative feedback if they didn't refund some money. Visible defects should be noted on anything sold. If not, it's misrepresentation, and the seller should be accountable.

It is everytime a risk to buy militaria from private persons. If you spend a little bit more money and choose a professional seller, you are 100% on the safe side.
