34 bits in a box.

Post by Damien Horn »

It has been some time since I have found any 34 bits and pieces here on Jersey, Channel Islands. That was until this morning when I got home a friend had left a German waffenmeisters wooden box (for a 2cm) outside for me to make him an offer on. I opened the box expecting it to be empty, and it wasn't. I was well chuffed at the contents of the box. I have attached some photos of the box and contents in the as found uncleaned condition. I thought the days were over where kit like this was going to turn up...thank God for that.

creels1,
If your just looking for a 2-pcs. Blank-Barrel-Assembly for the MG34/SA34 (or for the MG42/SA42/M53) to fire either 7.62x51mm/.308 Blanks or 8x57mm Blanks........I make new sets and have them advertized down in our "For-Sale-Section".

They work great and help keep you from using a "collector-item" that may or may not be usable with today's crimped-blanks.........these early MG34 2-pcs. Blank-Barrel-Assemblies were set up to fire wood-tipped-Blanks which are not available today in bulk.

Regards, RichardS in MI.
