308 MG34 conversion? Help!

Hello everyone, A friend of mine has a FA MG34 that he wants to do a 308 conversion to. Can someone point me to what all needs to be done? Parts? Websites? Tutorials? Any and all the info I he will need? I just don't know enough about it to help him out.
