Here is a link to an origional MG34 Lafette Mount. It looks complete, damage free but it does need a lot of TLC.

Well I Thank You for the link. I placed a bid on it.
Things to note on it. It has missing parts and at least two changed out parts. Data table (almost all are changed) and the outer rail base end cap has been changed (I believe). Why the 2nd one, because there were two different types one where the release knob came thru the top (early type), this type end cap is on this lafette and the handle comes out below so that is a miss match. Missing parts are in the scope area. All is replaceable and fixable.
I'll still place another bid or two on it with hopes of it selling too cheap. I don't think that will happen. How far will it go?
German or post war yugo could be an interesting question. I think that it's German with a yugo part or two. Also the covers have been redone, Almost all have been replaced due to wear out. End cap is wrong so don't let that guide you.

Well I did not get the winning bid in on this one. I have two so it's ok with me. I hope that someone on this site got it. It went for $2,765.00 in the last 15 secs. $2150.00 then $2,765.00 might have been to cheap but there were a few things on it, still all in all nice.
