there have been complete homebuilt sa42s sold here and on auction sights from time to time . more often the guy will re-demill the gun so he doesn't have to put his name on it. this is done out of fear of liability in this sue happy world we live in.

this is the slippery slope, your building it FOR PROFIT thats an important distinction. you have two sons ? build two guns so they both can inherent one . If years LATER you decide you don't want one son to have your homemade SA42 THEN sell it .

Its not written in the law anywhere but i think a good rule is to hold anything you've built for over a year before you sell it , just to demonstrate your not in the business of making firearms for sale.

And just remember, as the manufacturer you are going to be liable if some idiot blows himself up.

Manufacturer recommend that ONLY new production FACTORY ammo be used. Manufacturer takes NO responsibility if the product should grenade harming the shooter or anyone standing bye.
